"The inequality that lives Colombia, should not be just considered according to economic levels, education, health or life quality indicators.  For the specific case of the Palace of Justice ´s Siege,  it is evident the inequality that has been present for more than 27 years within the different members of the state; the executive system, the judicial system,  the media and in general society.  This can be valued in facts as these.

The execution of justice, the real recognition to each person, the arrangement of the legislation, the privileges, and anyway, what deals with this historic fact, have been handled according to the social stratum that the person involved belonged.    That is how it has been the treatment to the families of the missing persons of the military Assault of the Palace of Justice Siege.  The big difference of being an affected one, either as a relative of the group of magistrates, cafeteria workers, occasional visitors, militants or even, an average employee are a clear example of the discrimination and the importance of the recognition of Human Rights.

The injustice or best said, the absence of justice for the families of the missing persons have made the need to ask the intervention of International Institutions.  I hope with this, there will be a generation of more conscience, the present and future generations in Colombia have to achieve equality in the Respect to Human Rights of every individual and the execution of Justice not made according to if it´s a white collar or a poor person."
