Recommendations:

The  easiest way to arrive here is in public transportation "Trasmilenio" taking the bus #  J70  or  J72" and then stop at the Stop called  "Museo del Oro".  Then you can walk the "Carrera 7 septima" South up to the "Calle 11". You will get to a big square called "Plaza de Bolivar".  From there at  North East is the "Museo del Florero",  at the East "Catedral Primada", West Palacio Liévano and  to South "Palacio de Nariño".  Public Transportation is the easiest way in order to avoid heavy traffic.  Be aware of your belongings and  we hope you with this are now a little touched about these facts of Human Rights.

Places Related to the Case: ​

  •     Palace  of Justice: Place that was attacked by the M19 guerrilla and then recovered by the Army.  There are several irregularities of why the Palace of Justice was so unprotected regardless 4 days before the Siege, there was already a threat announcing that Event was going to took place.  The Palace of Justice, you will see it is a new yellow edification due that the other was completely destroyed by the fire and the tank shots.
  •     ​Palacio de Nariño:  President House.  From here the then president Belisario Betancourt denied to pass to the phone to Jose Reyes Echandia, the President of the Supreme Court to accept a cease of fire.  Because of these was the confrontations and he was murdered as 96 persons more and 11 missing persons.
  •     Casa del Florero: Nowadays this is a museum but it was where the hostage survivors were took after the Siege by the Army.
  •     Cementerio del Sur:  Where the body of Ana Rosa Castilblanco was found.  The only body within the 11 missing persons that was found, 21 years later.
